About the Role:

In this role, the successful applicant will manage shift operations at crushing sites, overseeing the daily activities of personnel engaged in routine operations at the crushers. They will work closely with Production Managers to coordinate and optimize the production schedule. The role involves planning and coordinating daily work assignments to meet daily, monthly, and annual production targets, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with overall production goals. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to effectively supervise and drive team performance in achieving the desired output.
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible of all processing plant crushers, screens ,washing plants and weigh bridge

Daily task

Service and maintenance of crusher,

Joining conveyor belt,

Parts request ,

Analyzes malfunctions and repairs,

Rebuilds and maintains plants.
Key Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-
10+ years of experience with crushers and screens;
-
5+ years in management.
-
Expertise in machine adjustments, wear parts, and operational improvements.

Experience with Jaw Crusher Pegson, Edge RS1500, Terex Chieftain 2100X, Terex Finlay, and wash plant machinery.

Strong organizational, record-keeping, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and basic computer proficiency.
